The Ottawa Kayak School leads the most successful kayak school programs in the world.  Now you can learn basic whitewater kayaking skills right in the city of Ottawa just 10 minutes from Parliament Hill. Stay tuned for 2015 packages.

Our main kayak school is in the Ottawa Valley an hour west of the city. At the main Wilderness Tours resort, we offer two day weekend clinics and five day courses. Programs at the main resort range from beginner to intermediate/advanced. A five day Teen Resident Camp and Kids Camp are also available.

The Ottawa Kayak School is the organizer and host for the 2015 ICF World Freestyle Kayak Championships Aug 30 - Sep 5 at our resort location in the Ottawa Valley.
